9:15 AM – 10:00 AM • Aqua Deep Conditioning with Andi (Messing Pool)
Cardio and strength to tone muscle and improve range of motion. Great for arthritis and other joint limitations.

A very active format, perfect for all levels. Some of the postures practiced in this class are threaded into a sequence and performed with awareness of alignment, breath and gaze (Asana, Pranayama and Drishti).

T’ai Chi Chih is a healing art that circulates and balances vital energy (chi). The movements are gentle and may be done standing or seated. Everyone is welcome, it is easy to learn and fun to do.
