Children’s Program

Junior Sunday
Ages 5–18

A Sunday afternoon filled with arts & crafts, structured games, music therapy, and recreational swim. Participants are provided one to one support by our highly qualified staff and volunteers.

Select Sundays, 12:30–3:00pm

Intake meetings are required for new children to participate in this program.

Teen and Adult Evening and Weekend Programs

Guys Night: Ages 18+
Mondays 6:00pm-8:00pm
Monday nights—just for guys! Participants enjoy discussions around current events, sports, cooking, entertainment, relationships, and other topics while making new friends! Guys also enjoy games and preparing a weekly snack. This program is open to all members of the community.

Ladies Night: Ages 18+
Mondays 6:00-8:00pm
Have you been wondering about the latest fashion and makeup trends? Do you want to make new friends while enjoying fun activities? Well, Girls Night is just the program for you! Join us on Monday evenings for a night devoted to girl time! Learn about makeup, fashion, cooking, entertainment, arts & crafts, and other activities while making new friends! This program is open to all members of the community.

Wednesday Blend: Ages 18+
Wednesdays 6:00-8:00pm
Join us for an evening of games and snacks with friends! Each week participants enjoy playing games (board games & card games) which focus on turn-taking, managing frustration tolerance, and developing effective communication & socialization skills. This program is open to all members of the community.

All About Yoga: Ages 18+
Thursdays 6:00pm-7:00pm
Grab your yoga mat and join us for breathing, stretching, relaxation, and meditation. Participants will increase body awareness as they work to improve concentration and reduce anxiety while having fun doing simple yoga poses and techniques. This program is open to all members of the community.

Swim Station: Ages 18+
Thursdays 7:00–8:00pm
Jump in and enjoy our pool! Participants are encouraged to interact with peers during recreational games, competitions, and challenges all taking place in the water. This program is open to all members of the community.

Sunday Trips: Ages 15+
Sundays 1:00–4:00pm
Spend a Sunday afternoon with friends while enjoying great activities throughout our community. Participants meet at the program venue and enjoy both lunch and activities at local restaurants, movie theaters, bowling lanes, and Chocolate Works—just to name a few! Lunch and activities are included in the program fee.

Teen/Adult Sunday Socials: Ages 18+
Sundays 6:00–8:00pm
Dance the night away with a live DJ while enjoying dinner and snacks with your friends. Staff is welcome to accompany participants and only pay a reduced admission price should they decide to eat dinner.
