Come explore the numerous cultural, educational, recreational and social activities for adults. Learn new skills, travel the world, discuss current events, and much more. Offering a myriad of recreational, social and educational programs for adults. Participants include adults of different life stages from young singles and couples, to baby-boomer, empty nesters, and active seniors. The Center for Adult Enrichment also provides the opportunity for personal growth, intellectual enrichment, skill development, and social networking.
Fifty Plus Program Guide
CLICK HEREOur Life Long Learning continuing education program features a variety of courses taught by university professors. Formal education is not required for participation. The courses maintain the highest academic standards. Anyone age 50 and above may participate for a nominal fee. The program includes Fall and Spring semesters, special mini-semesters, film series and one-day forums on individual subjects. Co-sponsored with the National Council of Jewish Women, Essex County Section.

learn moreWellness and VAST | Volunteers and Seniors Together
Wellness classes such as A Matter of Balance, Take Control of Your Health and Healthy Bones are taught by volunteers throughout the year. VAST enables our volunteers to work throughout the community leading wellness programs, reading to children, discussion groups, knitting projects for soldiers and more. This program is a collaboration of JCC MetroWest, Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and the National Council of Jewish Women (Essex County Section).
