Membership at JCC MetroWest
JCC MetroWest is open to the community and welcomes all faiths, ages, and backgrounds. Full center memberships include access to our fitness center, 100+ weekly group exercise classes, two indoor pools, racquetball court, gymnasium, indoor track and indoor parking. Sauna and Steam rooms in Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms, including a sauna and steam room, are available in our adult locker rooms. Members may also participate in personal training for a fee. In addition, full center members receive discounted pricing on JCC programmings, such as swim lessons, cultural arts programs, enrichment programs, and more!

It is the policy of JCC MetroWest to provide assistance to members who are unable to meet the established fees and who qualify according to established guidelines. The Center may from time to time, in its sole and absolute discretion, adopt rules, regulations, or policies amending or supplementing those contained in our Membership Agreement, and all Members will be obligated to comply with such rules, regulations, or policies.
- Registration
Member must check-in and present his/her Membership card each time he/she uses the Center. - Damages
Any damage to the Center’s property or to another person on the Center’s premises by Member, Member’s family members (including dependent children) or guests shall be paid for by Member. - Attire
Proper attire is required for Members using the Center. Shirts and shoes are required in all public and recreational areas except the pool. The Center may prohibit the use of any personal equipment on the premises in its sole and absolute discretion. - Personal Business
Members may not use the Center to conduct personal business without prior written approval by an authorized representative of Center staff. - Replacement Items
Lost or stolen Membership cards will be subject to a replacement fee of ten dollars ($10). - Health and Safety Requirements
The Center may require its members to participate in health and safety-related training and instruction (e.g., drills), and activities, such as wiping down equipment after each use, social distancing, maintaining personal hygiene, practicing safety activities, and wearing personal protective equipment (e.g., face masks). - Videotaping and Photographing
Videotaping or photographing members, guests, and staff is strictly prohibited. - Use of cellular phones
Phones and associated audio tones or alerts are to be silenced while on the Fitness Floor. Use of phones for receiving and initiating phone calls is prohibited on the fitness floor. Please step out to the hallway for any phone conversations. - Conflict Resolution
Members must communicate any concerns they have directly to a staff member and avoid approaching another member with an issue. - Surveillance Cameras
Surveillance cameras are not used to find lost items. Review of footage is guided by our insurance company for major personal harm incidents. - Outside Trainer/Instructor Policy
Sessions of instruction or any form of personal training are to be conducted only by employees of the JCC who are certified personal trainers and/or approved fitness or aquatics staff. No outside contracting or non-approved private instruction is allowed. This includes the use of virtual training which is prohibited at the JCC.
