What are the current Facility Hours?
Monday through Thursday: 5:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Pools Closed: Monday to Thursday 1:00 – 3:30 PM • Fridays 1:00 – 4:00 PM

Are reservations required?
Reservations are required only for Group Exercise classes and racquetball. They are no longer required for the fitness floor and pool.

What fitness areas are open?
All fitness areas are open including the fitness floor, pools, track, basketball, and racquetball courts, locker rooms, showers, and lockers.

What group exercise classes are being offered?
Please click here and scroll down to the bottom to access our current group exercise class schedule. All classes are included in your membership.

Are towels provided?
No, please bring your own towels and amenities.

Are personal training services being provided?

Are masks required when working out?
Masks are optional for anyone using the Fitness and Aquatics Center.

Membership at JCC MetroWest

JCC MetroWest is open to the community and welcomes all faiths, ages, and backgrounds.  Full center memberships include access to our fitness center, 100+ weekly group exercise classes, two indoor pools, racquetball court, gymnasium, kids fitness program, indoor track and indoor parking.  Spa services, including a sauna and steam room, are available in our adult locker rooms. Members may also participate in personal training and massage services for a fee. Complimentary childcare is available for children ages 6 weeks and older while members utilize our facility. In addition, full center members receive discounted pricing on JCC programmings, such as swim lessons, cultural arts programs, enrichment programs, and more!

RULES AND REGULATIONS (amended 3/13/23)

The Center may from time to time, in its sole and absolute discretion, adopt rules, regulations, or policies amending or supplementing those contained in our Membership Agreement, and all Members will be obligated to comply with such rules, regulations, or policies. 

  1. Registration  
    Member must check-in and present his/her Membership card each time he/she uses the Center. 
  2. Damages 
    Any damage to the Center’s property or to another person on the Center’s premises by Member, Member’s family members (including dependent children) or guests shall be paid for by Member. 
  3. Attire  
    Proper attire is required for Members using the Center. Shirts and shoes are required in all public and recreational areas except the pool. The Center may prohibit the use of any personal equipment on the premises in its sole and absolute discretion.   
  4. Personal Business 
    Members may not use the Center to conduct personal business without prior written approval by an authorized representative of Center staff. 
  5. Replacement Items 
    Lost or stolen Membership cards will be subject to a replacement fee of ten dollars ($10). 
  6. Health and Safety Requirements 
    The Center may require its members to participate in health and safety-related training and instruction (e.g., drills), and activities, such as wiping down equipment after each use, social distancing, maintaining personal hygiene, practicing safety activities, and wearing personal protective equipment (e.g., face masks). 
  7. Videotaping and Photographing
    Videotaping or photographing members, guests, and staff is strictly prohibited.
  8. Use of cellular phones
    Phones and associated audio tones or alerts are to be silenced while on the Fitness Floor. Use of phones for receiving and initiating phone calls is prohibited on the fitness floor. Please step out to the hallway for any phone conversations.
  9. Conflict Resolution
    Members must communicate any concerns they have directly to a staff member and avoid approaching another member with an issue.  
  10. Surveillance Cameras
    Surveillance cameras are not used to find lost items. Review of footage is guided by our insurance company for major personal harm incidents.
