Dietary changes can bring about changes in our brain structure both chemically and physiologically which can lead to changes in our mood and behavior. Learn how to follow a healthy pattern of eating to boost your mood.

Lead by: Deanna Schweighardt – registered dietitian, certified diabetes care and education specialist: diabetes, prediabetes, gestational diabetes, weight management (adults and pediatrics).
