Jay Faigenbaum

Hi, I’m Jay! I am the Assistant Director at CDR, who primarily oversees our Junior Village. I am entering my 21st year in the camping world— the past 11 years, I’ve held leadership roles—bringing deep experience, energy, and heart to my work every day. In Junior Village, my top priority is ensuring that our youngest campers are safe, smiling, having fun, and forming meaningful new friendships. I am deeply committed to supporting both our campers and their families, making sure their needs are fully met throughout the summer. I am also responsible for our camp communications, keeping parents connected and informed about all the exciting moments happening at camp. I look forward to another amazing summer!
