We offer Enrichment Classes for children 6 months through adults. Parent and child classes are offered for 6 months through 3 years. Preschool and grade school children can register for games classes, general sports classes, specific sport classes or combination sports and games classes. Karate, Tennis and Yoga are also offered and taught by professionals in their field. Most classes are led by full time JCC Sports & Recreation professionals.
A Money Hoop Starz Winter In-house Basketball League
This is a co-ed in-house league for children ages 3 through grade 2. The league runs December through March. This league will feature top level instruction working on ball handling, shooting, offensive moves, defense and all aspects of the game. While your child will practice ball-handling, dribbling, and shooting, they will also learn about good sportsmanship, teamwork, and the value of fair play. Each week following the instruction the children in the 4’s/Kind and 1st/2nd grade leagues will be broken up into teams and will have a REAL GAME while children in the 3-year old league will participate in contests and game like situations.
AAU Basketball Leagues Fall & Winter
For boys and girls in grades 3rd thru 12 A Money Sportz will be offering teams for you to join. Teams will have 2 practices per week, 1 game per week plus tournaments. Fall tryout information will be posted in August along with all AAU information.

Times are reserved throughout the week for adult, teen and family recreation. Our Recreation Programs are no fee and no advance registration required (except adult table tennis). They include: badminton, pickleball, table tennis, and more. Check the Margulis gym schedule for a complete listing and days and times offered.
Sports Specific Training
We offer private and semi private instruction for children, teens, and adults looking to improve their skills in basketball, golf, and tennis.
Birthday parties for children ages 3 and up are offered. Our Gym Jam Party for ages 3 and 4 features a moon bounce and age appropriate activities. Sports and/or games parties are offered for children ages 4 and older. Our parties feature one hour in the gym with JCC staff leading the activities and one hour in a special room for you and your guests to celebrate. The Mini Maccabi Games is a one day event for Jewish boys and girls ages 9-10 as of May 1, the year of the Games. The 2017 Games will be hosted by the JCC in Rockland, NY on Sunday May 21. MetroWest will field teams in: boys baseball, boys basketball, girls basketball, boys soccer and girls soccer. Junior Maccabi Program
The Junior Maccabi Games is a one day event for Jewish boys & girls ages 11-12 as of May 1, the year of the games. The 2017 Games will be hosted by the Siegel JCC in Wilmington Delaware on Sunday May 7. MetroWest will field teams in: boys baseball, boys basketball, girls basketball, boys soccer, girls soccer and boys and girls swimming. JCC Maccabi Games
The JCC Maccabi Games are an Olympic-style sporting competition held each summer in North America and is the second largest organized sports program for Jewish teenagers in the world. The week-long program features athletic competition in a supportive environment that fosters mutual respect and sportsmanship. The Games encourage teen’s identification with the state of Israel through “hang-time”, cultivates a deeper understanding and instills an appreciation of Jewish values (midot) through “JCC Cares”. Evenings are filled with exciting social activities providing opportunities to meet new friends from all over the world. The MetroWest JCC will take a delegation to the Games hosted by the Sidney Albert JCC in Albany, NY from Sunday August 6- Friday August 11.
