Who We Are
The JCC ECC is designed to develop the whole child; socially, intellectually, emotionally and physically. Our Teaching staff encourages and inspires a love for learning and progressive preparation for academic achievement. We recognize and embrace children’s natural curiosity, creativity, and imagination and capture that natural wonder to develop enthusiasm for exploration and discovery along with a high regard for self and others. We provide everyday experiences to emphasize Jewish values and traditions, enriching the lives of all children by sharing these ideas and values through organic and meaningful interactions.
Our Curriculum & Staff
We offer a child-centered curriculum based on the emergent approach and co-constructivist principles. Children are seen as capable, competent and as individuals who are able to be confident and caring members of our community. We offer inspiring environments with authentic materials in which children and teachers engage in hands-on experiences and interactive play and ongoing explorations. Our Staff engages in professional development consistently throughout the year and we maintain high standards of best practices in early childhood education.
