Philosophy

Sowmiya has a very personalized and non-dogmatic approach to training her clients. She uniquely enriches her training sessions with tools and techniques from modalities of Yoga and Pilates. This means every routine is well-rounded to bring strength, flexibility, agility, and balance awareness. She has a special interest in supporting and empowering women with yoga through prenatal/postpartum stages of their lives. In addition to her fitness certifications, she is backed by a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences and a Bachelors in Pharmacy.
