Every session is geared to meet each and every client’s personal needs, no matter the age, sex or fitness level of the individual. The session will promote relaxation and pain relief. The focus is performed on the areas that are in need of attention. The client directs the session in that he/she describes the issue they are experiencing. I will apply the skills and techniques necessary to accomplish the task. Client feedback is recommended to convey what is needed or to say what has already been accomplished. The work is performed at the level of the client’s tolerance to meet the client’s needs. Massage therapy is something we all need to do regularly to achieve a healthy balance in our lives.
