As an ex-college athlete and a husband of a physical therapist, I have been immersed in anatomy and the study of human movement. My training philosophy focuses on improving endurance and peak performance in everyday life. I particularly love working with beginners, athletes and weekend warriors. My Passion is to educate and train those interested in improving their craft while concentrating on injury prevention and proper musculature training. So whether you are a novice bodybuilder, an avid golfer or rec sports league player, I can help you reach your goals. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
