Fitness & Health Philosophy:

I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and personal trainer with experience working in Division 1 collegiate strength and conditioning. I had the privilege of helping NJIT Men’s tennis team reach its first-ever Division 1 NCAA tournament appearance—a milestone that really shaped how I coach today.

Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into fitness, or training toward a sports goal, I bring a science-based approach to help you train with purpose and build lasting results. No matter your level, I’m here to help you get stronger, healthier, and more confident every step of the way including Aquatics experience in swim instructing and lifeguarding.
