Lower-back pain is extremely common in many folks of all ages. Especially during the winter months. This discomfort can be caused by many factors including, poor posture, injury, repetitive motion and even aging. Experts agree that regular and proper stretching and yoga positions can not only prevent but relieve symptoms. When our spine and pelvis are aligned and muscles are relaxed we become stronger with a solid foundation and powerful core.
