One-on-One Personal Training – 30 Min/60 Min
Our experienced certified personal trainers can assist you with designing a workout routine that will help you achieve your fitness goals so you can feel your best. We can work with people at all fitness levels to help you take the guesswork out of exercising. Sessions are bundled in packs of Eight (8), Sixteen (16), and Twenty-Four (24) that are either Thirty (30) or Sixty (60) minutes long.
Partner Training and Small Group Training

Jump Start Program
Never worked out with a Personal Trainer at the J but want some personalized instruction and workout? Total of Three (3) 60min sessions, the Jump Start 3-Pack is a one-time offer to all new members and to existing members who are new to personal training.
