Personal Training Packages
One-on-One Personal Training – 30 Min/60 Min
Our experienced certified personal trainers can assist you with designing a workout routine that will help you achieve your fitness goals so you can feel your best. We can work with people at all fitness levels to help you take the guesswork out of exercising. All packages include a Body Composition Analysis with our InBody scanner. Sessions are bundled in packs of Five (5), Ten (10), and Twenty (20) that are either Thirty (30) or Sixty (60) minutes long.
Partner Training and Small Group Training

Workout Program Update
Comfortable working out on your own but would like to have a personalized routine created by one of our Personal Trainers periodically? Then, this program is for you. The Workout program update includes a Body Composition Analysis with our InBody scanner, an interpretation of the scan results by your trainer, and an updated workout program!
Jump Start Program
Never worked out with a Personal Trainer at the J but want some personalized instruction and workout? The Jump Start is a one-time offer to all new members and to existing members who are new to personal training. It includes a Body Composition Analysis with our InBody scanner, an interpretation of the scan results by your trainer, an updated workout program, and an orientation to the equipment in your customized program! Your trainer will develop a workout based on your goals and scan results and then walk you through it to be sure you are comfortable working out on your own. Total of Two (2) 45 min sessions with your trainer.
