MONIQUE DE LA COUR is ready to help you reach your health-related goals! She is an ACE-certified Health Coach, ACE-certified personal trainer, and long-time JCC MetroWest member.

 

THIS PROGRAM WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH:

• Clarity – Determine, analyze and plan for lasting change that is aligned with your values. Your coach will help you identify and mobilize your own strengths and motivation to promote your health and wellness.

• Accountability – Develop specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound goals, action plans, and frequent check-ins. Accountability celebrates your efforts and progress, while also empowering you to reach your goals more efficiently through continued evaluation and experimentation.

• Knowledge and Tools – The Health Coach is skilled in concepts of integrative health, behavioral change, positive psychology, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine as well as traditional medicine. With this knowledge, the Health Coach empowers clients to discover their own character strengths and abilities and how to apply them to achieve a level of health and wellness that is driven by the recommendation of your personal physician, resulting in a more holistic and person-centered approach to healthcare.
