Refund & Payment Policy

• A $750 deposit is due at the time of enrollment.
• The deposit is refundable through January 1, less a $200 administrative fee.
• Junior Village & Middle Camp: Families who cancel before April 1 are eligible for a full refund of tuition paid, less the $750 deposit.
• Upper Camp & LIT: Families who cancel before February 1 are eligible for a full refund of tuition paid, less the $750 deposit.
• Payment in full is due February 15.

Families who select monthly auto-billing will be charged on the 15th of each month, with the remaining balance due by February 15.

Payment Processing Fees: A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. There is no processing fee for debit card payments. Processing fees will not be refunded if you choose to withdraw.

JCC 12-Month ECC Campers

Campers currently enrolled in the JCC MetroWest 12-Month ECC Program have the option to attend either Camp Deeny Riback (CDR) or the camp program at the JCC ECC.

Families choosing CDR must complete the CDR online enrollment application. An additional transportation fee will be charged at the time of enrollment.

Once enrolled at CDR they are NOT eligible to attend week 9 at the JCC but can sign up for week 9 at CDR for an additional fee.

Camps Financial Aid

Financial aid is available to help make a summer at CDR accessible to more families.

To apply for financial aid, families must first enroll online and submit the $750 deposit. Once enrollment is complete, the financial aid application will be available in the Parent Portal.

Financial Aid applicants are required to make monthly payments towards the summer’s tuition. Camp will apply a temporary award to your balance until the offical award amount if confirmed.

If you receive a financial aid award and choose not to accept it, your $750 deposit and any other fees paid will be fully refunded.

Week 9 is optional and available to Junior Village and Middle Camp campers for an additional fee.
