Refund Policy

• A deposit of $750 is due at the time of enrollment.
• Deposit refundable until January 1st minus the $150 admin fee.
• Junior Village and Middle Camp are eligible for a full refund, minus the $750 deposit if you un-enroll before April 1st.
• Upper Camp and LIT are eligible for a full refund, minus the $750 deposit if you un-enroll before February 1st.

Payment in full is due on February 15th. 

Monthly auto billing on the 15th of each month, with the final balance due on February 15th.

JCC 12-Month ECC Campers

If your camper is currently enrolled in the 12-month ECC program at the JCC you have the option for your child to attend CDR or the camp at the JCC ECC. If you choose CDR you must fill out the online application and there is an additional transportation fee charged at enrollment.

Camps Financial Aid

To apply for financial aid, you must enroll online and pay the $750 deposit. The financial aid application is located in the parent portal once you have completed the application. The deposit is fully refundable if the award is not accepted. There is a 3% processing fee applied to all credit card payments, there is no fee if a debit card is used.

Week 1: June 22 – June 26
Week 2: June 29 -July 2 (no camp Friday, July 3)
Week 3: July 6 – July 10
Week 4: July 13 – July 17
Week 5: July 20 – July 24
Week 6: July 27 – July 31
Week 7: August 3 – August 7
Week 8: August 10 – August 14
Week 9: August 17 – Aug 21 (This week is OPTIONAL and is offered to our JV and Middle Campers, for an EXTRA FEE)
