Mission Mitzvah

Our mission, should you choose to accept it: ensure 6th and 7th graders fulfill their B’nai Mitzvah service requirements, while having fun and learning, too!

JCC MetroWest’s Mission Mitzvah program will take all the worry out of Mitzvah projects, allowing kids the time, space and resources to collaboratively complete their projects with peers. The group meets on a monthly basis from January to June with our experienced and fearless leader, Danielle Konorti, our JCC MetroWest Shlicha.

Danielle empowers our participants to explore their Jewish identity, community responsibility, Tikkun Olam and connections both globally and to each other. Watch in awe as our pre-teens transform in the process, learning that with great power comes great responsibility – to their family, their community and beyond.
