Early Childhood Summer Camp Counselors

JCC MetroWest Early Childhood Center is Hiring Lead Counselors and Counselors for the 2023 Summer Camp Season!

The JCC MetroWest Early Childhood Center is seeking Lead Counselors and Counselors for the 2023 summer camp season.   Help to make summer safe, fun, and memorable for our young campers, ages 2 to 5. Lead counselors are typically early childhood teachers or caregivers, and Counselors are typically college or late high school students. Counselors are assigned to an early childhood classroom of 12-15 campers with a Lead Counselor. You will guide your children through indoor and outdoor activities and a consistent daily routine, including swimming at the JCC pool. Lead Counselors and Counselors care for and entertain campers, contribute to activity ideas, and implement weekly themes. We are looking for outgoing, responsible, enthusiastic individuals who will pitch in and spread joy throughout our program.

Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
Hours of operation are M-F • 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
