SUMMARY:Pickleball Injury Prevention Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Where Injury Prevention is a Big Dill\nIn this seminar\, we will explore strategies for preventing injuries and enhancing performance on the pickleball court. The session will address common injuries associated with pickleball and offer methods to mitigate time lost due to these injuries. We will cover preventative measures\, including appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises\, as well as practical advice for maintaining optimal playing habits and identifying early signs of injury. This seminar will be led by Samantha Moir\, PT\, DPT\, OCS\, CSCS\, a Board-Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist\, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist\, and Certified Tennis Performance Trainer.
