Filmed on-location in Kibbutz Nir Oz shortly after October 7, 2023, this sensitive drama follows a teenage girl as she returns to her devastated community to search for her missing dog. Through her story (a stunning performance by 18-year-old Ori Avinoam), and with the participation of October 7 survivors, Israeli filmmaker Dani Rosenberg and a small production crew capture the maelstrom of raw emotions in the wake of immense trauma. The film includes some (non-graphic) footage of the October 7 attack and ensuing war. Official Selection of the 2024 Venice Film Festival and Centerpiece Film of the 2025 New York Jewish Film Festival.
