Mental Health 101 – Supporting Mental Health and Well-Being Workshop

Mental Health and Well-Being have been at the forefront of so many conversations recently. This session is designed as a Mental Health 101 learning opportunity. We will discuss why conversations around mental health make people uncomfortable, why we feel stigma around mental health, and help to reduce this stigma.

Rebecca Wanatick, Director of Disability Inclusion & Belonging for the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ, will guide our conversation tonight. Rebecca is a Youth Mental Health First Aid trainer and Special Educator.
