Led by Ellen Robertson, Wellness Director at the J. Ellen is an integrative health and lifestyle medicine clinician. She is a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, a certified health and wellness coach through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching, and a certified stress management specialist with the Dr. Dean Ornish Heart Disease Reversal Program.
