A Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center Lecture with Brittany Haliani

This program will discuss how to research and find accurate health information on the internet.

Brittany Haliani started her medical library career at the Mayo Clinic. She received her Master of Library Science degree with a focus on medicine, from Texas Women’s University. Prior to her position at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, she served as Manager of Library Services at Cottage Health in California. She has taught multiple classes on how to search medical literature. She is a member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals and certified as a Consumer Health Information Specialist.
