Peter Berkowsky is a retired attorney, with 38 years of civil service, first as a NY Assistant Attorney General (working for the legendary Louis J. Lefkowitz), and then as a staff attorney at the Appellate Division of Supreme Court in Manhattan, where he drafted and edited thousands of judicial decisions. He is also a retired Air Force colonel with 30 years of service (active and reserve, mostly as a JAG officer).
