Cultivating Calm Workshop

This experiential workshop helps adults learn practical mindfulness and DBT-based tools to reduce anxiety, improve emotional balance, and enhance overall well-being. Participants will explore how stress and worry affect the mind and body, practice grounding and relaxation strategies, and build everyday mindfulness habits that foster peace, connection, and self-compassion.

• Mindful breathwork and soothing practices
• Simple, powerful DBT skills for calming anxious thoughts
