BEING SOMEBODY stars Dr. Howard Mase, a vibrant 90-year-old practicing psychologist, alongside his daughter, Marla Mase—a recording artist, writer, and performer. This real-life father/daughter tour de force blends storytelling, music, and movement that takes the audience on a nostalgic journey back in time to growing up in Brooklyn in the 1940s and 1970s, evoking laughter, tears, and heartfelt memories of those moments that matter most and help us become who we are.
