JCC MetroWest COVID-19 Information
Attention members and visitors:
As of Friday, October 1, all members and visitors ages 12 years and older must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter JCC MetroWest.
Proof of vaccination will be required to enter JCC MetroWest by showing your vaccination card, on the NJ state official app, Docket, or on the NY state official app, Excelsior. You can also submit proof of vaccination HERE that will be documented on your JCC MetroWest account. Once you have heard from a JCC staff member that your account is updated you can swipe your membership card instead of showing physical proof of your vaccination status.
Thank you for your continued support to keep our community safe and healthy.
COVID-19 Screener
Keeping our community safe, healthy, and strong is our number one priority. Following the lead of Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, we have created a brief questionnaire to help assess whether you should be evaluated for COVID-19.
This screening tool is based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It should not be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is only for screening related to COVID-19.
Daily screeners are no longer required of members, guests, or visitors unless your specific program requires it (Early Childhood, Camp, Kids Club, Special Needs, etc) If you are unsure, please contact the program department.
Upon completing the screener you will receive a green checkmark with your name and a timestamp. You must either print this confirmation out or show it on your phone to gain entry to the JCC.
If you feel ill please consult a medical professional prior to coming to the JCC.
