This class links postures together in a dynamic rhythm, seamlessly using breath to increase strength and flexibility. It is important to know the basics as the class flows at a moderate pace. Focus is on deepening our awareness, alignment in postures, and meditation.

11:40 AM – 12:25 PM • Stretch with Debby (Studio 2)
Combines traditional stretching with a touch of Yoga and Pilates to increase flexibility and range of motion for the entire body. As a guided session it promotes relaxation and focus.
1:15 PM – 2:00 PM • Parkinson’s Strength with Lorena (Studio 2)
Strengthens, tones, and improves flexibility.

Improves flexibility, balance, posture, and alignment using aspects of Yoga and Tai Chi exercises. A safe and effective fun class for joint injury rehabilitation and arthritis. Water shoes, towels, and a bathing cap are required for class.
