JCC MetroWest COVID protocols are in place based on CDC and government guidelines to ensure the health and safety of everyone at the J.

All members, guests and staff 12+ years old must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination when entering JCC MetroWest. You can show proof of vaccination on the NJ state official app, Docket, the NY state official app, Excelsior, or a copy of your CDC vaccination card.
You can submit proof of vaccination HERE that will be documented on your JCC MetroWest account. Once you have heard from a JCC MetroWest staff member that your account is updated, you can swipe your membership card instead of showing physical proof of your vaccination status.
A person is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series or one dose of Janssen vaccine. Boosters are not required to enter JCC MetroWest but are strongly encouraged. Boosters should be administered six months after a two-dose mRNA series or two months after one dose of the Janssen vaccine.
Everyone is required to have their temperature taken upon entering the building. If your temperature is 100.3 or higher we kindly ask that you do not enter JCC MetroWest until you are 24 hours fever free.
RESERVATIONS (Fitness Center/Pools/Gymnasium)
We are no longer requiring reservations to use the fitness center, pools or gymnasium. Reservations are required for racquetball and group exercise classes. Updated schedules and reservations are available on the J app or online at: https://jccmetrowest.org/schedules/
Masks are required for ALL individuals, regardless of vaccination status, in all shared, public areas of JCC MetroWest.
Masks may be removed while actively eating or drinking in designated areas but must be worn again when you are finished.
Masks are required while working out anywhere in the Fitness Center including fitness floor, group exercise studios, track, and basketball/racquetball courts. Essentially the only place where masks are not required will be in the pool or in the showers. Surgical grade disposable masks, N-94 or KN-95 masks are strongly recommended.
Members and lifeguards must wear masks while on the pool deck. As you are approaching and exiting the pools, please be sure to mask up!
Masks are required in the locker rooms when not in the shower. Please remain socially distant.
Guests are currently permitted at JCC MetroWest. Please speak to the membership department for information regarding your complimentary member guest passes.
Please bring your own towels to JCC MetroWest as towel service is no longer available.
Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout building – please use them frequently.
Try to maintain social distancing whenever possible. Do not use exercise equipment or cardio equipment next to another person.
If you test positive for COVID-19, you must isolate for 10 days after the date symptoms first appeared or the date of your positive test. Individual may return to the JCC after the 10th day and no symptoms or fever.
