This is a great indoor bike cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels.
9:30 – 10:15 AM • ZUMBA with Sandra (Studio 1)
Fusion of Latin and international music. This class is a Latin-inspired dance program that includes Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Samba, and Calypso moves to name a few.
10:30 – 11:30 AM • Vinyasa Power Yoga with Paola (Studio 2)
This class links postures together in a dynamic rhythm seamlessly using breath to increase strength and flexibility. It flows at a moderate pace, deepens our awareness, improves alignment in postures, and teaches meditation.
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM • Aqua Cardio and Core Strength with Kristine (Lap Pool)
Focus on increasing your functional strength, cardiovascular health and endurance, flexibility, and core stabilization.
11:40 AM – 12:25 PM • Stretch with Debby (Studio 2)
Combines traditional stretching with a touch of Yoga and Pilates to increase flexibility and range of motion for the entire body. As a guided session it promotes relaxation and focus.
Tuesday
6:00 – 6:45 AM • Bootcamp with Kristine (Studio 3)
Total body workout hitting all the major muscle groups using kettlebells, cones, and drills. Modifications for all!
8:30 – 9:15 AM • Strengthen and Sculpt with Biola (Studio 1)
A muscular strength and endurance functional workout using body weight and a variety of equipment like free weights, resistance bands, body bars, and exercise balls.
9:00 – 9:55 AM • LaBlast and Callanetics with Jackie (Studio 2)
LaBlast blends the true skill of ballroom dance with the cardio and strength training benefits of a traditional fitness class. Callanetics/Studio C is known as Studio C in Israel. One word describes this class: UNIQUE. Callanetics exercises tighten and shape your body while increasing strength, flexibility, and body alignment. Free weights are optional. 30 minutes Dance then 30 minutes tone.
9:15 – 10:00 AM • Aqua Cycle with Kristine (Lap Pool)
A unique aqua bike with adjustable resistance crafted for optimum body sculpting. Water shoes, towels, and a bathing cap are required for class. If you are new, please arrive earlier to learn the proper setup of the bike.
10:00 – 11:00 AM • Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga with Sowmiya (Studio 2)
A very active format, perfect for all levels. Some of the postures practiced in this class are threaded into a sequence and performed with awareness of alignment, breath and gaze(Asana, Pranayama and Drishti).
10:15 – 11:00 AM • Dance with Biola (Studio 1)
Dance through the eras of music with this fusion class.
11:10 – 11:55 AM • BARRE with Marianna (Studio 2)
This class is a hybrid workout combining ballet-inspired moves, dance moves, pliés, and static stretches.
6:30 – 7:30 PM • Yin Yang Yoga with Sowmiya (Studio 2)
This class begins with grounding techniques to relax the body and mind. Slowly, postures and sequences requiring effort are added. At the end, there is a focus on completely relaxing the body.

Combines cardio and strength to tone muscle and increase range of motion. Great for arthritis and other joint ailments. Water shoes, towels, and a bathing cap are required for class.
8:30 – 9:15 AM • Pilates with Debby (Studio 2)
Pilates mat classes focus on stabilizing the core, improving posture, and strengthening the total body.
8:30 – 9:15 AM • Cardio Tone with Biola (Studio 1)
Aerobic and functional exercises (on the floor or on a step) using bodyweight, free weights, and resistance bands. Improves coordination, rhythm, agility, speed, and balance.
9:10 – 9:55 AM • Aqua Balance & Stretch with Andi (Messing Pool)
Improves flexibility, balance, posture, and alignment using aspects of Yoga and Tai Chi exercises. Great for joint injury rehabilitation and arthritis. Water shoes, towels, and a bathing cap are required for class.

Strengthen and stretch all the major muscles at your own pace in this back-to-basics class. Chairs provided for a seated workout.
