Workout combines short bursts of intense cardiovascular and strength exercises with periods of rest or lower intensity exercises(mix of aerobics and resistance)..

9:30 – 10:15 AM • ZUMBA with Sandra (Studio 1)
Fusion of Latin and international music. This class is a Latin-inspired dance program that includes Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Samba, and Calypso moves to name a few.

10:30 – 11:30 AM • Vinyasa Power Yoga with Paola (Studio 2)
This class links postures together in a dynamic rhythm seamlessly using breath to increase strength and flexibility. It is important to know the basics as the class flows at a moderate pace. Focus is on deepening our awareness, alignment in postures, and meditation.  Please bring a towel, mat, and water bottle.

11:15 AM – 12:00 PM • Aqua Cardio and Core Strength with Kristine (Lap Pool)
Focus on increasing your functional strength, cardiovascular health and endurance, flexibility, and core stabilization. Bring your swim caps and a towel.

11:40 AM – 12:25 PM • Stretch with Debby (Studio 2)
Combines traditional stretching with a touch of Yoga and Pilates to increase flexibility and range of motion for the entire body. As a guided session it promotes relaxation and focus. Bring a mat, towel, and water bottle.

Time Change! 6:45 – 7:30 PM • Cardio Kickboxing and Strength with Angela (Studio 1)
A cardio choreographed workout combining kicks with punches, followed by functional strength training using bodyweight, free weights, and/or resistance bands, and ending with dynamic and static stretches. Please bring your towel, mat, and water bottle.

Tuesday

6:00 – 6:45 AM • Bootcamp with Kristine (Studio 3)
Total body workout hitting all the major muscle groups using kettlebells, cones, and drills. Modifications for all! Please bring your water bottle and towel.

9:00 – 10:00 AM • LaBlast and Callanetics with Jackie (Studio 1)
LaBlast blends the true skill of ballroom dance with the cardio and strength training benefits of a traditional fitness class. Callanetics/Studio C is known as Studio C in Israel. One word describes this class: UNIQUE. Callanetics exercises tighten and shape your body while increasing strength, flexibility, and body alignment. Free weights optional. 30 minutes Dance then 30 minutes tone. Please bring a towel, water bottle, and mat.

A unique aqua bike with adjustable resistance crafted for optimum body sculpting. Water shoes, towels and a bathing cap are required for class. If you are new, please arrive earlier to learn proper set up of bike.

This class is a hybrid workout combining ballet-inspired moves, dance moves, pliés, and static stretches.

Combines gentle cardio and strength to tone muscle and increase range of motion. Great for arthritis and other joint ailments. Water shoes, towels, and a bathing cap are required for class.

8:30 – 9:15 AM • Pilates with Debby (Studio 2)
Pilates mat classes focus on stabilizing the core, improving posture, and strengthening the total body. Please bring a towel, mat, and water bottle.

Aerobic exercise (floor or on a step) to warm up your body and increase your heart rate, followed by resistance and functional training using bodyweight, free weights, and/or resistance bands, ending with dynamic and static stretches. Please bring your towel, mat, and water bottle.

9:15 – 10:00 AM • Aqua Balance and Stretch with Andi (Messing Pool)
Improves flexibility, balance, posture, and alignment using aspects of Yoga and Tai Chi exercises. A safe and effective fun class for joint injury rehabilitation and arthritis. Water shoes, towels, and a bathing cap are required for class.
