This is a great indoor bike cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. Please bring your towel and water bottle.

8:30 – 9:15 AM • Pilates with Sowmiya (Studio 2)
Pilates mat classes focus on stabilizing the core, improving posture, and strengthening the total body. Please bring a towel, mat, and water bottle.

8:45 – 9:25 AM • Cardio Tone with Biola (Studio 1)
Aerobic exercise to warm up your body and increase your heart rate, followed by resistance and functional training using bodyweight, free weights, and/or resistance bands, and ending with dynamic and static stretches. Please bring your towel, mat, and water bottle.

9:30 – 10:15 AM • Cycle with Reggie (Cycle Studio)
This is a great indoor bike cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. Please bring your towel and water bottle.

Fusion of Latin and international music. This class is a Latin-inspired dance program that includes Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Samba, and Calypso moves to name a few.

Combines traditional stretching with a touch of Yoga and Pilates to increase flexibility and range of motion for the entire body. As a guided session it promotes relaxation and focus. Bring a mat, towel, and water bottle.

Total body workout hitting all the major muscle groups using kettlebells, cones, and drills. Modifications for all! Bring a water bottle and towel.
