This is a great indoor bike cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. Please bring your towel and water bottle.

9:30 – 10:15 AM • Cardio Blast with Angela (Studio 1)
Combination of cardio and strength in an interval format. Please bring your towel and water bottle.

10:00 – 10:45 AM • Aqua Cycle with Kristine (Lap Pool)
A unique aqua bike with adjustable resistance crafted for optimum body sculpting. Water shoes, towels, and a bathing cap are required for class. If you are new, please arrive earlier to learn the proper setup of the bike.

10:20 – 11:00 AM • Kick Butt Combo with Angela (Studio 1)   ​​
Combines traditional kickboxing/boxing moves to develop strength and cardiovascular fitness. Please bring your towel and water bottle.


 

Monday

Ends August 9! 9:30 – 10:15 AM • HIIT with Norah (Studio 3)
Workout combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercises (mix of aerobics and resistance). Please bring your towel and water bottle.

9:45 – 10:30 AM • ZUMBA with Sandra (Studio 1)
Fusion of Latin and international music. This class is a Latin-inspired dance program that includes Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Samba, and Calypso moves to name a few.

11:00 – 11:45 AM • Stretch with Debbie (Studio 2)
Combines traditional stretching with a touch of Yoga and Pilates to increase flexibility and range of motion for the entire body. As a guided session it promotes relaxation and focus. Please bring your mat, towel, and water bottle.

11:15 – 12:00 PM • Aqua Cardio and Core Strength with Kristine (Lap Pool)
Focus on increasing your functional strength, cardiovascular health and endurance, flexibility, and core stabilization. Bring your swim caps and a towel.

Time Change! 6:30 – 7:15 PM • Cardio Kickboxing and Strength with Biola (Studio 1)
A cardio choreographed workout combining kicks with punches, followed by functional strength training using bodyweight, free weights, and/or resistance bands, and ending with dynamic and static stretches. Please bring your towel and water bottle.


 

Tuesday

6:00 – 6:45 AM • Bootcamp with Kristine (Studio 3)
Total body workout hitting all the major muscle groups using kettlebells, cones, and drills. Modifications for all! Please bring your water bottle and towel.

New Trial Combo Class! 9:00 – 10:00 AM • LaBlast and Callanetics with Jackie (Studio 1)
LaBlast blends the true skill of ballroom dance with the cardio and strength training benefits of a traditional fitness class.

Callanetics/Studio C is known as Studio C in Israel. One word describes this class: UNIQUE. Callanetics exercises tighten and shape your body while increasing strength, flexibility, and body alignment. Dance and tone, free weights optional. Please bring a towel, water bottle, and mat.

9:30 – 10:30 AM • Vinyasa Yoga with Sowmiya (Studio 2)
This class links postures together in a dynamic rhythm seamlessly using breath to increase strength and flexibility. It is important to know the basics as the class flows at a moderate pace. Focus is on deepening our awareness, alignment in postures, and meditation. Please bring a towel, mat, and water bottle.

Time Change! 10:30 – 11:15 AM • Dance with Ledell (Studio 1)
Dance through the eras of music. Bring a water bottle and towel.
