This is a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels.

9:30 – 10:15 AM • Cardio Blast with Angela (Studio 1) 
Combination of cardio and strength in an interval format.

10:00 – 10:45 AM • Aqua Cycle with Kristine (Lap Pool)
A unique aqua bike with adjustable resistance crafted for optimum body sculpting. Water shoes/towels and bathing cap required.

10:20 – 11:00 AM • Kick Butt Combo with Angela (Studio 1)   ​​
Combines traditional kickboxing/boxing moves to develop strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Workout combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercises (mix of aerobics and resistance).

Fusion of Latin and international music. This class includes Merengue, Salsa and Calypso moves to name a few.

This class includes stretches for the entire body and concludes with a relaxation segment

An interval workout using major muscle groups with kicks, punches, and free weights.

Total body workout hitting all the major muscle groups using kettlebells, cones, and drills. Modifications for all!

9:15 – 10:00 AM • Low Impact Dance with Weights with Jackie (Studio 1 & Virtual)
This class blends the true skill of ballroom dance with the cardio and strength training benefits of a traditional fitness class.

Starting July 6th, New Class & Instructor – Welcome Sowmiya!
9:30 – 10:30 AM • Yoga with Sowmiya (Studio 2)
This style of yoga links postures together so you can move from one to another seamlessly using breath to increase strength and flexibility.

12:00 – 12:45 PM • Lunchtime Dance with Ledell (Studio 1 & Virtual)
Dance through the eras of music with Ledell.

This is a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. Paper masks recommended.
