Sunday
9:30 – 10:15 AM • Cardio Blast with Angela (Level 2 Garage)
Combination of cardio and strength in an interval format. Weights available.
10:15 – 11:00 AM • Cardio Kickboxing with Melisa (Weather permitting Level 2 Upper Garage & Virtual)
Combines traditional kickboxing/boxing moves to develop strength and cardiovascular fitness.
10:45 – 11:30 AM • Cycle with Kristine (Level 2 Garage)
This is a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. Paper masks are recommended for cycling.
12:00 – 12:45 PM • Aqua Cycle with Kristine (Lap Pool)
A unique aqua bike with adjustable resistance crafted for optimum body sculpting. Water shoes/towels and bathing cap required.
Monday
9:30 – 10:15 AM • HIIT with Norah (Virtual)
Workout combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercises (mix of aerobics and resistance).
9:45 – 10:30 AM • ZUMBA with Sandra (Level 2 Garage)
Fusion of Latin and international music. This class includes Merengue, Salsa and Calypso moves to name a few.
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM • Aqua Cardio/Strength with Kristine (Deep Pool)
Focus on increasing strength, cardiovascular health, endurance, flexibility, and core stabilization. Bathing cap & towel required.
Tuesday
12:15 – 1:00 PM • Lunchtime Dance with Ledell (Virtual)
Dance through the eras of music with Ledell.
6:00 – 7:00 PM • Pump & Ride with Reggie (Level 2 Garage)
Thirty minutes of weights and Thirty minutes of Cycling! Do one thirty-minute segment or both.
6:30 – 7:30 PM • Yoga with Jhon (Virtual & Live in House Studio 2)
This style of yoga strings postures together so you move from one to another seamlessly using breath while increasing your strength and flexibility.
Wednesday
6:00 – 6:45 AM • Cycle with Monica (Level 2 Garage)
Great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels.
8:30 – 9:15 AM • Pilates with Debby (Live Virtual & In House Studio 2)
Pilates mat classes focus on stabilizing the core, improving posture, and strengthening the total body.
8:45 – 9:30 AM • Weights with Norah (Level 2 Upper Garage)
Total body weighted workout. Free weights available.
