Combination of cardio and strength in an interval format.

10:20 – 11:05 AM • Cardio Kickboxing with Melisa (Live Virtual & Recorded)
Combines traditional kickboxing/boxing moves to develop strength and cardiovascular fitness.

10:45 – 11:30 AM • Cycle with Kristine (Live in Gymnasium)
This is a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. Paper masks are recommended for cycling.

12:00 – 12:45 PM • Aqua Cycle with Kristine (Lap Pool)
A unique aqua bike with adjustable resistance crafted for optimum body sculpting. Water shoes/towels and bathing cap required.


Monday 

9:30 – 10:15 AM • HIIT with Norah (Live Virtual & Recorded)
Workout combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercises (mix of aerobics and resistance).

NEW CLASS!  9:45 – 10:30 AM • ZUMBA with Sandra (Live Virtual & Recorded)
Fusion of Latin and international music. This class includes Merengue, Salsa and Calypso moves to name a few.

11:15 AM – 12:00 PM • Aqua Cardio/Strength with Kristine (Lap Pool)
Focus on increasing strength, cardiovascular health, endurance, flexibility, and core stabilization. Bathing cap & towel required.


Tuesday

11:00 – 12:00 PM • Senior Weights/Stretch Discussion with Amy (Virtual Live & Recorded)
This class is a combination of weighted exercises (seated or standing), stretch segment, and ending with fitness discussions. This class is made possible by the Grotta Fund for Senior Care.

12:15 – 1:00 PM • Lunchtime Dance with Ledell (Live Virtual Only)
Dance through the eras of music with Ledell.

NEW CLASS!  6:00 – 6:45 PM • Intervals with Reggie (Live Virtual & Recorded)
Combination of Weights and Cardio.

6:30 – 7:30 PM • Yoga with Jhon (Live Virtual & Recorded)
This style of yoga strings postures together so you move from one to another seamlessly using breath while increasing your strength and flexibility.


Wednesday

8:30 – 9:15 AM • Pilates with Debby (Live Virtual & Recorded)
Pilates mat classes focus on stabilizing the core, improving posture, and strengthening the total body.

9:30 – 10:15 AM • Cycle/Strength with Reggie (Live in Gymnasium)
Combo of cycling and weights. Paper masks recommended. Body bars available.

9:30 – 10:15 AM • Cardio HIIT with Norah (Live Virtual & Recorded)

This class includes stretches for the entire body and concludes with a relaxation segment.

6:30 – 7:20 PM • Cycle with Reggie (Gymnasium)
This is a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. Paper masks are recommended for cycling.


Friday

9:30 AM – 10:15 AM • Low Impact Dance/Weights with Jackie (Live Virtual Zoom & Recorded)
This class blends the true skill of ballroom dance with the cardio and strength training benefits of a traditional fitness class.

9:30 – 10:15 AM • Weights with Debby (Live Virtual & Recorded)
Total body weighted workout.

11:00 – 11:45 AM • Aqua Cardio/Strength with Kristine (Lap Pool)
