Combination of cardio and strength in an interval format. Please bring (optional) free weights or bands. Tired of working out by yourself? Join Angela for a total body workout!

10:15 – 11:00 AM • Cardio boxing/kickboxing with Melisa (Virtual & Recorded)
Combines traditional kickboxing/boxing moves to develop strength and cardiovascular fitness. Burn the calories and release your inner you!

10:45 – 11:30 AM • Cycle with Kristine (Gymnasium)
This is a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. This energetic class is set and choreographed to music.

12:00 – 12:45 PM • Aqua Cycle with Kristine (Lap Pool)
A unique aqua bike with adjustable resistance crafted for optimum body sculpting. Water shoes and bathing cap required.


Monday

NEW! 9:45 – 10:30 AM • HIIT with Norah (Live Virtual & Recorded)
Workout combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercises (mix of aerobics and resistance).

10:30 – 11:20 AM • Tai Chi Chih with Bill (Live Virtual Only)
Tai Chi Chih has 19 stand-alone movements and one pose. This class is a mix of meditation and movement that focuses on balance and energy.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM • Aqua Cardio and Strength with Christine (Lap Pool)
Focus on increasing functional strength, cardiovascular health, endurance, flexibility, and core stabilization.

This class is dance through the eras with Ledell.

6:00 – 7:00 PM • Yoga with Jhon (Live & Recorded Virtual)
This style of yoga strings postures together so you move from one to another seamlessly using breath. Increased strength and flexibility provide a great workout for your body.


Wednesday

NEW! 8:30 – 9:15 AM • Pilates with Reggie (Live Virtual & Recorded)
Pilates mat classes focus on stabilizing the core, improving posture, and strengthening the total body.

9:30 – 10:15 AM • Cycling with Reggie (Gymnasium)
This is a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. This energetic class is set and choreographed to music.

10:30 – 11:30 AM • Stretch with Debbie (Live Virtual & Recorded)
This class includes stretches for the entire body and concludes with a relaxation segment. Balance your workout routine with flexibility training.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM • Aqua Cardio and Strength with Christine (Lap Pool)
Focus on increasing functional strength, cardiovascular health, endurance, flexibility, and core stabilization.

Combines everything you love about cycling with the benefits of strength training.

NEW! 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM Low Impact Dance with Weights with Jackie (Virtual Zoom only)
This class blends the true skill of ballroom dance with the cardio and strength training benefits of a traditional fitness class. Music from all eras and genres will keep you engaged and entertained while you learn dances such as the Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, Tango, Paso Doble, Quickstep, Jive and more!

10:30 – 11:15 AM • Zumba with Sara (Virtual Live & Recorded)
Using a fusion of Latin and international music, Zumba is an inspired dance program that includes Merengue, Salsa, and Calypso to name a few. Dance away!
