Combination of cardio and strength in an interval format.  Please bring (Optional) free weights or bandsTired of working out by yourself, join Angela for a total body workout!

10:15 – 11:00 AM • Cardio boxing/kickboxing with Melissa  
Combines traditional kickboxing/boxing moves to develop strength and cardiovascular fitness.
Burn the calories and release your inner you!

10:45 – 11:30 AM • Cycle with Kristine (Level 2 Garage) (Beginning Nov 8)
This is a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels.  This energetic class is set and choreographed to music.

12:00 – 12:45 PM Aqua Cycle with Kristine (Lap Pool) (Beginning Nov 8)
A unique aqua bike with adjustable resistance crafted for optimum body sculpting.  Water shoes and bathing cap required.


Monday

10:30 – 11:20 AM• Tai Chi Chih with Bill (Virtual via Zoom)
Tai Chi Chih has 19 stand-alone movements and one pose. This class is a mix of meditation and movement that focuses on balance and energy.


Tuesday
9:15 – 10:00 AM • Cycling with Heather
This is a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels.  This energetic class is set and choreographed to music.

6:00 – 7:00 PM • Vinyasa Yoga with Jhon (Virtual via Zoom)
This style of yoga strings postures together so you move from one to another seamlessly using breath. Increased strength and flexibility provide a great workout for your body.


Wednesday
6:00 – 6:45 AM • Cycling with Monica
This is a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels.  This energetic class is set and choreographed to music.

8:15 – 9:00 AM • Box, Burn & Strengthen with Reggie
Feel the burn!  Combination of upper body boxing and lower body strength workout!

9:15 – 10:00 AM • Cycling with Reggie
This is a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. This energetic class is set and choreographed to music.

10:30 – 11:30 AM • Stretch with Debbie (Virtual via Zoom)
This class includes stretches for the entire body and concludes with a relaxation segment. Balance your workout routine with flexibility training.


Thursday

Using a fusion of Latin and international music, Zumba is an inspired dance program that includes Merengue, Salsa, and Calypso to name a few. Dance away!

12:00 – 12:45 PM • La Blast Silk® Jackie (Virtual via Zoom)
La Blast Silk® is a low impact variation of Louis Van Amstel’s La Blast Fitness Program. Cardio dance and strength
Music from all eras and genres will keep you engaged.

6:30 – 7:20 PM • Cycle Sculpt with Reggie
Combines everything you love about cycling with the benefits of strength training.

Take your workout to a new level with a fun challenging mix of cardio and strength exercises.
