Israeli Scouts
Get a taste of Israel - join an Israeli youth movement. Make friends with other Israeli kids, brush up your Hebrew and strengthen your ties with Israel and Israeli culture. All activities are conducted in Hebrew. We meet every Sunday, 3:00-4:30pm at the Leon & Toby Cooperman JCC in West Orange, have overnight scouting camps, and family events. Grades 3-6.
MAC Attack
(Mitzvah Action Corps)A NEW SOCIAL, social action and leadership development program for Middle School Students (6th-8th Graders).
MAC ATTACK will let Middle School students ATTACK the community by doing GOOD! The participants will have fun with other people their age, earn Mitzvah Points for their Bar/Bat Mitzvah, receive community service credits for school, learn how they can make a difference in their community and develop important leadership skills. Mac Attack will provide teens with memorable volunteer experiences and introduce them to other incredible teens. This program will feature new volunteer opportunities each year. Participants will also have the opportunity to play an important role in community festivals. |
