Basketball K-2 & Basketball 3-6
Improve your basketball skills with fun drills. Plenty of time for games! Classes divided according to age.
METROWEST FAST BREAK BASKETBALL
Fast Break - Kindergarten
Players will learn skills by working through drills, gradually working up to game strategies and some actual game play. Most of all, the athletes will have fun while learning the game of basketball.
Fast Break grades 1-4
Players will have clinics for the first few Sundays, then will be drafted onto teams in the beginning of November. The season will conclude with playoffs.
Lady Fast Breakers
Girls will strengthen and improve basketball fundamentals through practice and team play in a fun learning environment.
Fast Break Travel League grades5-12
Players will travel to various JCCs in New Jersey to compete in the North Jersey JCC basketball league. Practices will be in both buildings. Players must be in 5th grade and up to participate.

Karate/Yoga
Kinderkarate
This class was developed to meet the needs and interests of preschoolers entering the martial arts. Students learn self-control, respect of others, discipline, coordination, flexibility, strength and conflict resolution through the use of non-aggression. Class size will be limited.
Karate
Introduce your child to a life-long sport that develops self confidence, self esteem, balance and self defense.
Intermediate Karate
Continue the development of body awareness and practical self-defense techniques, behavior and strategies. Prerequisite Karate.
Kids Yoga
It’s fun and creative. It builds self-esteem and confidence. It increases concentration and attention. It’s Kids Yoga! Through music, games, stories, and laughter, your child will discover the magic of yoga. Classes divided according to age.

Soccer

Sonesoccer's Center of Excellence Program
Individual Technical Development: Focuses on individual skills, increases the level at which each player understands the game and involves the full range of individual skills, experimenting with positions in scrimmage games. Enhance the ability of the players to pass dribble, turn, control, head and shoot.
Decision Making: Work towards helping players make their own decisions more quickly and more consistently enabling them to perform better at higher levels.
Physical Preparation: All round physical development, incorporating speed, agility work, speed hurdles, parachutes. Designed to make a quicker, stronger and more agile player.
Evaluation: Involves players providing a self evaluation of their progress analyzing their performance of skills. The goal is to help players to undersand how to evaluate and assess components of their performance to improve thier play.

Extreme Sports has come to the JCC--Ultimate Frisbee(play football with a frisbee), roller hockey, dodgeball, capture the flag and more! Broaden your horizons, play hard, and have fun in this exciting new class.
Ball Games
We'll play anything that involves a ball from Newcomb to volleyball to kickball to spud to matball and more.
