Jump Start

Start your exercise program off on the right foot. Eight 30-minute sessions. Offer only valid for the first 30 days of membership. One time purchase, must utilize sessions within sixty days. New Members only.

Signature Intro to PT

Always wanted to try personal training? Now's the time. Three 60-minute sessions. New clients, one time purchase only, available after your first 30 days of membership.

Gravity

The GRAVITY Training System provides a quick and efficient total body workout on a versatile fitness system using the force of gravity for maximum physical challenge. GRAVITY's single piece of equipment provides maximum benefits and all-over results.

GRAVITY utilizes a cable and pulley system and free-motion glideboard that employs body weight as resistance. Adjustable to nine different levels of resistance, the machine engages all major muscle groups. GRAVITY offers a variety of programming choices for small group and personal training at all fitness levels.

Each session is 45 minutes.
