Aquatics

We feature lap swimming, family swim, and aquatics classes for infants through senior adults. We also offer options for adult non-swimmers including personal aquatic and fitness training, water walking, and water exercise in our heated pools.

JCC MetroWest offers a variety of American Red Cross swimming classes and specialty classes. Our award-winning MetroExpress and Waves swim teams are age grouped, co-ed, developmental teams open to simmers ages 6-17.
